My passion for health and fitness began at a young age after the sudden loss of my grandmother, an experience that inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and dedicate my life to helping others. Since joining the gym at 16, I have spent more than 10 years training and developing a deep understanding of health, fitness, and sustainable wellbeing.
As a mother of two, I understand the real challenges of weight gain, weight loss, and balancing health with everyday life. These personal experiences led me to become a certified personal trainer, combining my healthcare background with my passion for fitness to support women on their own journeys.
